**Join the 6am Sweat Club this Winter!** If you're looking for a fun way to switch up your routine and elevate your heart rate, the 6am Sweat Club is perfect for you. This 45-minute class incorporates various Pilates equipment and hand weights, along with functional body weight exercises. The circuit classes consist of different exercise stations where each exercise is performed for a set amount of time, followed by rest and reset breaks between sets. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, allowing you to work at your own pace and decide how much rest you need based on your fitness level. Expect a full-body cardio conditioning and lean muscle-building workout that also enhances core strength and balance. With High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) techniques for maximum results, this class is conducted at a faster pace than a traditional Pilates class without sacrificing form or the principles of Pilates.

Cancellation Policy
Please let us know within 10 hours of your booking time if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancelling within the 10 hr period will result in the full price of the class being charged. Customers on weekly subscriptions will be allowed two late cancels a month and thereafter will be charged a $10 cancellation fee.
