Service Description
A deeply restorative sensory journey that invites you to unwind, release, and return to stillness. Guided by Ruby, this slow and spacious Yin Yoga practice supports the body in soft, supported postures that gently open the fascia and calm the mind. As you settle into Śavāsana, acupuncturist Kristen will offer optional acupuncture points designed to balance energy, quiet the nervous system, and deepen relaxation. The session closes with a live Sound Bath by Alex — a meditative blend of frequency and resonance to carry you into peaceful integration. ✨ Yin, Pin + Sound is an experience for the senses — a meeting of body, energy, and vibration. All are welcome. ✨

Cancellation Policy
Please let us know within 10 hours of your booking time if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancelling within the 10 hr period will result in the full price of the class being charged. Customers on weekly subscriptions will be allowed two late cancels a month and thereafter will be charged a $10 cancellation fee.
