Expect hands-on guidance, teaching insights, and space for questions. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of presence, practical tools for nervous system-aware teaching, and fresh inspiration for your classes. 💡 Limited observation spots are available for those curious about becoming a Pilates instructor. Cancellation Policy
Please let us know within 10 hours of your booking time if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancelling within the 10 hr period will result in the full price of the class being charged. Customers on weekly subscriptions will be allowed two late cancels a month and thereafter will be charged a $10 cancellation fee.
