Join us for our 50-minute Connect and Flow Reformer Pilates class, designed to challenge and nurture students of all levels. In this class, you'll use the Pilates Reformer to target all areas of the glutes through a dynamic mix of slow, controlled movements and progressive resistance. Expect intentional sequences that isolate and challenge your glutes, build muscular endurance, and enhance lower body tone. Whether your goal is to create shape, improve your posture, or simply feel stronger and more connected to your body, this class is designed to deliver results.

Cancellation Policy
Please let us know within 10 hours of your booking time if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancelling within the 10 hr period will result in the full price of the class being charged. Customers on weekly subscriptions will be allowed two late cancels a month and thereafter will be charged a $10 cancellation fee.
