MATWORK PILATES POMONA

It seems like Matwork pilates has recently been left behind in favour of the fancy equipment, but at Flex + Flow we know it is one of the most challenging workouts. The entire focus is technique - and we don’t let you cheat!
All of our Pilates Matwork classes are capped at 8 people so your form and technique will have our full attention.
Every persons Pilates journey is unique and the most important goal is to ensure good technique that will get you longterm results.

We currently offer 3 Levels of Classes - Foundations Classes for those who are new to Pilates or want a more relaxed and slow paced class, Level 1 for those who have mastered the basics, attend regular classes and want to take their practice up a level. Level 2 is for clients who have attended 15 or more Level 1 Classes and are performing at an intermediate level.
