Class Structure A thoughtfully paced mat class focused on building strength, stability, and body awareness through fundamental movement patterns. This class includes: • foundational mat exercises • controlled, well-sequenced movement • time to explore technique, breath, and alignment The pace allows space to move with intention, rather than rushing through the work. ⸻ Somatic Focus Mat Foundations prioritises awareness and connection. You’ll be guided to: • notice sensation and effort • build strength without pushing or forcing • develop a clearer relationship with your body in movement This is where efficient, sustainable movement patterns are established — and often refined. ⸻ Who This Class Is For Suitable for: • clients new to mat Pilates • those returning after a break • older clients or those managing injuries • anyone wanting a steady, supportive class with depth ⸻ What You’ll Leave With A sense of stability, ease, and confidence in your movement — grounded, supported, and connected.

Cancellation Policy

Please let us know within 10 hours of your booking time if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancelling within the 10 hr period will result in the full price of the class being charged. Customers on weekly subscriptions will be allowed two late cancels a month and thereafter will be charged a $10 cancellation fee.
