Class Structure A foundational reformer class focused on building strength, control, and confidence through clear, well-paced movement. This class includes: • fundamental reformer exercises • steady, supported transitions • time to refine technique, breath, and alignment The pace allows space to feel what’s happening, rather than rushing through the work. ⸻ Somatic Focus Reformer Foundations emphasises awareness over effort. You’ll be guided to: • notice sensation and timing • build strength without forcing • develop trust in your body and the equipment This is where strong movement patterns are established — and often rediscovered. ⸻ Who This Class Is For Suitable for: • first-time reformer clients • those returning after a break • clients managing injuries (with appropriate guidance) • anyone wanting to refine the fundamentals with greater clarity ⸻ What You’ll Leave With A sense of stability, confidence, and connection to your body — supported, grounded, and ready for whatever comes next.

Cancellation Policy
Please let us know within 10 hours of your booking time if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancelling within the 10 hr period will result in the full price of the class being charged. Customers on weekly subscriptions will be allowed two late cancels a month and thereafter will be charged a $10 cancellation fee.
